Introduction to data import in webCRM

Introduction

Data import in webCRM is designed to:

  • Import data from an existing database or a new data file

  • Update existing data with new data

  • Create Activities, Meetings, Opportunities, Products and deliveries from an import.

Please take the time to read this step-by-step guide as it will save you time and reduce the risk of your import going wrong.

Even though we have tried to make webCRM Data Import as easy as possible you may find that you need additional help due to lack of experience or the complexity of your data.

It is usually not worth the risk if you have a system with existing data.
