GreenCast Connect includes guided tours throughout the web platform. To replay the tours, navigate to Profile Settings from the left-hand menu and scroll down to Demo Tour.
Selecting Reset Demo Tour will clear your tour history and automatically replay guided walkthroughs as you visit pages throughout the platform, including the Turf Growth and GDD Trackers sections.
Pest-Specific Risk Tracking
Monitors risk levels for a range of common turf and agricultural pests.
Provides dynamic risk indicators based on weather conditions and pest life cycles.
Users can track risks for specific pests relevant to their region and turf type.

Pest GDD Application Trackers
Create pest-specific GDD trackers to monitor development stages and application timing based on accumulated Growing Degree Days (GDD) or calendar days.
Pest GDD trackers help identify optimal treatment windows by tracking pest development relative to environmental conditions and application timing.
Hover over chart elements to view additional details and exact values for specific dates.
When creating a tracker, users can:
Assign a custom tracker name.
Select a threshold type:
Accumulated GDD
Calendar Days
Define a base temperature in Fahrenheit (°F) or Celsius (°C).
Select a pest or disease target.
Choose a start date.
Optionally record application details.
Supported application targets include common turf diseases and weeds such as:
Anthracnose Foliar Blight
Brown Patch
Dollar Spot
Fairy Ring
Microdochium Patch
Pythium diseases
Spring Dead Spot
Summer Patch
Crabgrass Germination
Goosegrass Germination
Poa Annua Germination
And additional supported targets.
Managing Pest GDD Trackers
Use the tracker action menu to manage existing trackers.
Available actions include:
Edit tracker settings.
Update threshold values.
View application details.
View tracker history.
Archive completed trackers.
Application Details & Treatment Records
When creating a pest GDD tracker, application information can be recorded directly within the tracker.
Optional application details include:
Spray volume
Total area treated
Product name
Application rate
Product units
This information helps maintain treatment records and provides additional context when reviewing GDD progress and application timing.
Tracking Progress & Reviewing History
Pest GDD trackers display current values, threshold goals, and forecasted accumulation to help anticipate upcoming treatment windows.
Each pest GDD tracker displays:
Current accumulated GDD values.
Threshold values.
Forecasted GDD accumulation.
Progress toward the configured target.
Historical GDD trends.
Users can also access:
Application Details to review recorded treatment information.
Tracker History to view previous and ongoing tracking periods, start dates, threshold goals, and completed tracking events.
Pest Risk Alerts
Generates high-risk alerts based on changing environmental conditions and pest risk models.
Alert visibility can be managed through the Alerts panel filter on the desktop Homepage
Helps in timely application of pest management strategies, such as pesticide treatments or cultural controls.
Interactive Data Visualizations
Provides graphs and trend analysis to track pest risks over time.
Users can filter and customize which pests are displayed for easier monitoring.
Enhances decision-making with historical comparisons and predictive modeling.
