One of the most requested features from our clients this year has been extra filter options to enable users to segment their survey results in additional ways. WeThrive has historically had 5 ways of filtering survey results, but now you have more flexibility! Read more on the changes below...

Rename your 5 key filters

  • In your Settings area, you can now re-name the 'Team', 'Location', 'Department', 'Unit' and 'Manager' filters.

  • If these names don't reflect the data you have imported, you can now update the names to match. These changes will be reflected in previous surveys.

Activate 'Gender' and 'Ethnicity' filters

  • Activate 2 new filters labelled 'Gender' & 'Ethnicity' in your Settings area.

Add up to 5 additional filter options

  • In your Settings, you can add your own custom filters.

  • You can add up to 5 custom filters.

  • In total this means, you now have a total of 12 filters available to segment your survey results.

Where will these new filters appear?

Your new filters will appear in all future surveys alongside your existing filters, and will be available in the following areas of the platform:

  • Dashboard for Engagement, Mental Health & DEEI surveys.

  • Heatmap for Engagement, Mental Health & DEEI surveys - filter and compare data using new filters.

  • Pulse survey exports.

  • Onboarding/offboarding survey exports.

  • Performance review survey exports.
