If a contact asks to stop receiving text messages, you can either manually opt them out using Whippy or have them reply with the word "STOP" to your number, which will automatically unsubscribe them from future messages.
To manually opt out a contact, follow these steps:
Locate the contact you want to opt out by using the search bar on the Contacts Tab.
Click on the contact's name, and a right-side panel will appear. NOTE: The contact panel can also be found within the conversation in the Inbox.
Click the three dots next to the contact’s name and click on Un-Subscribe.
If you have multiple channels/lines set up in Whippy, select the specific ones from which you want to opt the contact out.
