In Whippy, you can easily manage your contact list by unsubscribing contacts who no longer wish to receive text messages. Contacts can automatically opt-out by replying with the word "STOP" to your number, or you can manually unsubscribe them.

Go to the Whippy Contacts by clicking https://app.whippy.co/contacts This will take you directly to your list of all contacts.

2. Select the Desired Contact

Use the search bar or scroll through the list to locate the contact you want to unsubscribe. Click the specific contact to open contact info view.

šŸ’”Tip: You can search contacts by such options as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email)

3. Unsubscribe the Contact

In the contact's side panel, find and click on the Unsubscribe Contact button.

4. Choose Locations (if applicable)

If you manage multiple locations or numbers on Whippy, select the specific locations you want to unsubscribe the contact from.

5. Select Un-Subscribe option

Hover the Un-Subscribe button. Click on it to initiate the process.

1. Select the Pause option

After you selected locations in the modal window, click the ā€œPauseā€ button instead of ā€œUn-Subscribeā€

2. Select the Duration for Pause

Choose the period from the available options or a custom one for which you want to pause the messaging

3. Confirm the Pause

Confirm the action by clicking the ā€œConfirmā€ button to finalize the operation
