Step-by-Step: Use Bulk Actions in Campaign Analytics
Go to the Campaigns page.
Open Campaigns from the left menu.
Select Completed campaigns.
Click the Completed tab to see campaigns that have finished sending.
Open a completed campaign.
Select the campaign you want to use for bulk actions.
Select multiple contacts.
In the analytics view:
Select individually: Click the checkbox beside each contact you want to act on.
Select all: Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible contacts at once.
Choose and apply a bulk action.
After selecting contacts, choose an action from the bulk action menu:
Create campaign: Start a new campaign using the selected contacts as the audience.
Unsubscribe users: Remove selected contacts from future messaging.
Add to sequence: Enroll selected contacts into a sequence.
Unassign tags: Remove tags from selected contacts.
Tips and Best Practices
Use bulk actions together with analytics filters (for example Link not clicked or Responded) to create precise follow-up groups.
Before bulk unsubscribing, confirm whether the contacts should truly be removed as this action affects future messaging.
When creating a new campaign from bulk selection, refine the audience and message before sending.
Use Add to sequence to automate long-term engagement with specific groups.
