Why it matters

Forms are often used to collect inbound leads, enquiries, or structured information from customers. While forms cannot be created or edited in the mobile app, mobile access allows you to review existing forms and submitted data while away from desktop.

Key Concepts

Form: A structured set of fields used to collect information from contacts.

Form submission: A completed form submitted by a contact.

View-only access: Mobile access that allows reviewing forms and submissions without editing them.

Step-by-Step: View Forms on Mobile

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Forms.

Step-by-Step: Review Forms

  1. View the list of forms available in your organisation.

  2. Scroll through the list to find a specific form.

  3. Tap a form to open its detail view.

Step-by-Step: View Form Submissions

  1. Within a form, review submitted entries.

  2. Tap an individual submission to view its details.

  3. Review submission information, which may include:

    • Contact details

    • Field responses

    • Submission date and time

  • Use mobile form views to quickly review new leads or inbound enquiries.
