It's important to keep your inbox tidy so you have full visibility of conversations that need to be followed up on. The best way to do this is to close conversations.
1. Go to Inbox
2. Hover over the picture/initials on the conversation and check the box
3. Check off some more conversations
4. and more...
5. And then click on the checkmark to close all conversations that have been marked
All done! The conversations are now closed 🎉
If a conversation is closed and a message is received, it will automatically move back to the Open tab.
