Conversations automatically close after a set number of days. You can change this by following these instructions:
1. Click Locations
2. Click Edit Location for the line you would like conversations to automatically close conversations for
3. Scroll to the end of the page, and click Location Settings
4. Set how many days you want the conversations to close after
5. Click Update Settings
