There are times when you may need to find a particular message within a conversation. To help with this, there is a search feature available in conversations. By utilizing the search feature, you can easily find a specific message by searching for keywords or phrases related to the message.
2. Select the conversation you would like to search
3. Click on the magnifying glass icon
4. Type in the keyword you are searching for
5. Select a search result and you will jump directly to that message
