On Whippy, you can mark a conversation as unread. Marking a conversation as unread is useful when you need to revisit a message later.
To mark a conversation as unread, follow these instructions:
1. Go to Inbox
2. Search or click the conversation you would like to mark as unread
You can search for the conversation using the search bar or scrolling through your conversations.
3. Click on the ⋯ button at the top-right of the conversation
4. Click on Mark as Unread
