Updating Auto Responses for Your Channel πŸ“… - Watch Video

1. Click on the Settings icon in the top right hand corner.

2. Click on Channels in the left hand column.

3. Click the three dots and Edit Channel for the number you want to adjust business hours auto responses for.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the arrow next to the Send Auto Responses section.

5. Pick which auto responses you want to go out.

6. If you want to edit your auto responses during business hours, click on the arrow next to the During Business Hours Auto Response section.

7. Update the message and click the Update Auto Response button.

8. If you want to edit your auto responses after business hours, click on the arrow next to the After Business Hours Auto Response section.

9. Update the message and click the Update Auto Response button.
