On Whippy, you can export a conversation as a PDF or CSV. To export a conversation, follow these instructions:
1. Go to Inbox
2. Search or click on the conversation you would like to export
You can search for the conversation using the search bar or scrolling through your conversations.
3. Click on the ⋯ button at the top-right of the conversation
4. Click on Export as PDF to export the conversation as a PDF
OR
Click on Export as CSV to export the conversation as a CSV
