The notes feature is the ability to talk with your co-workers without your contacts seeing the message. You can @ your teammates, as well, to notify people on your team about conversations that you might need some help with.
How do Notes Work?
1. Click on Note
2. You can Tag a teammate by using @
3. Click "Add Note"
This is a great way to communicate with everyone in the office without the need to move from your desk 🙌 Remember that this is all internal 🚀
Receiving Notifications about Notes
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Enable the Mention Notification

B. For Mobile Push
C. For Web
