Whippy enables you to effortlessly personalize your messages with various variables. This feature is particularly effective when used with the campaign feature, allowing you to set variables like Contact Name, ensuring each message is tailored to the recipient. Follow these steps to use message variables in the editor:
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Select a Conversation
Select the conversation where you want to use message variables.
💡 Tip: You can also use variables in the editor while creating campaigns, enabling you to send personalized messages to multiple contacts simultaneously.
3. Click on the Variable Icon
In the message editor, click on the variable icon to access the available variables for personalization.
4. Select the Appropriate Variables
Choose the variables that fit your message. For example, you can select variables such as Contact Name, Company Name, or any other custom variable that enhances your message.
5. Send Your Message
Once you have inserted the desired variables, click on the send button to dispatch your personalized message.
6. Completed!
Your message has been successfully sent, personalized with the chosen variables
