You now have the ability to hide messages on Whippy, allowing you to manage your conversations more effectively. To help you utilize this feature, follow these detailed steps to hide a message in a conversation:
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Find the Desired Conversation
You can search for the conversation using the search bar at the top or by scrolling through your list of conversations.
3. Hover Over the Message You Would Like to Hide
Move your mouse over the message you want to hide. A small menu with options will appear.
4. Select the “Hide Message” Button
Click on the “Hide Message” button in the small menu to hide the message.
5. Success! The Message is Now Hidden
You will see a confirmation that the message has been successfully hidden within the conversation.
💡Please note that the message can only be hidden on the Whippy side. This action will not affect the contact's view of the message.
Feature Tip: How to Reveal the Hidden Message
To reveal a hidden message, follow the same steps you used to hide it. Instead of the "Hide Message" button, you will now see a "Show Message" button. Click it to unhide the message whenever necessary.
