Filter Conversations by Status

In Whippy, conversations are categorized into three statuses: Open, Closed, and Automated. Filtering conversations by status helps you manage and organize your communications effectively. Follow these steps to filter conversations by their status:

1. Navigate to your Inbox

Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.

2. Filter Open Conversations

In the left-hand menu, click on the "Open" tab. This displays all active conversations that require your attention.

3. Filter Automated Conversations

Click on the "Automated" tab in the left-hand menu. This page shows all conversations managed by automated campaigns or responses set up in Whippy.

4. Filter Closed Conversations

Click on the "Closed" tab in the left-hand menu. This section lists all resolved conversations that no longer require attention.


Conversation Statuses Explained:

  • Open Conversations: These are active conversations that are ongoing and need your response or further action.

  • Closed Conversations: These are completed conversations that have been resolved and do not require any further action.

  • Automated Conversations: These are conversations handled by automated responses or campaigns, which may require periodic review.
