Typing indicators show when a contact is typing a response. This feature enhances communication by indicating active engagement.
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Open the Desired Conversation
Select and open the conversation you want to monitor.
3. Look for Typing Indicators
When a user is typing, a visual indicator, such as moving dots or "Typing...", will appear near the conversation area.
