Whippy allows you to export conversations as PDF or CSV files for easy archiving, sharing, or analysis. Follow these steps to export a conversation:
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Find the Conversation
Locate the conversation you want to export by using the search bar or scrolling through your conversations list.
3. Select the ⋯ Icon
Within the conversation view, click the ⋯ icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. This opens a function window with several options.
4. Select "Export as PDF"
To download the conversation as a PDF, choose the "Export as PDF" option from the dropdown menu. The conversation will be saved as a PDF on your device.
5. Select "Export as CSV"
To download the conversation as a CSV file, select the "Export as CSV" option from the dropdown menu. The conversation will be saved as a CSV file on your device.
6. Done! The Export Completed
After selecting your preferred format, the file will be downloaded to your device. You can now access and use the exported conversation as needed.
