In Whippy, you have the ability to mark conversations as unread. This feature is particularly useful when you want to ensure that you remember to revisit specific messages later.
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Find the Desired Conversation
You can search for the conversation using the search bar at the top or by scrolling through your list of conversations.
3. Select the ⋯ Icon
Within the conversation view, click the ⋯ icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. This opens a function window with several options.
4. Choose "Mark as Unread" option
From the dropdown menu, select the "Mark as Unread" option to change the status of the conversation.
5. Done! Your Conversation is Now Marked as Unread
After selecting "Mark as Unread," the conversation will be marked as unread. You will see a confirmation indicating the status change was successful.
💡Please note that if the conversation was previously closed, marking it as unread will reopen the conversation and change its status back to open.
