Finding and Researching Accounts

To find and research an account in WHYZER:

Find a Company

  1. From the main WHYZER workspace, open the Research tab.

  2. Use the search bar to enter the name of the company you want to research.

  3. Select the correct company from the available results.

  4. Open the company profile to review available research, strategic priorities, business challenges, opportunity signals, and other account intelligence.

If the company is not already available, you may be able to add it using the company website or LinkedIn URL where supported.

Refreshing Research or Earnings-Call Information

To view the most current information available:

  1. Open the relevant company profile.

  2. Go to the Research, Earnings Calls, or other affected section.

  3. Use the refresh or update control visible within that section, if available.

  4. Allow the update to complete, then review the refreshed information.

The location and wording of refresh controls may vary as the WHYZER interface is updated.

If the Information Still Appears Outdated

Try the following:

  • Reload the page or perform a hard refresh:

    • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5

    • Mac using Chrome or Firefox: Press Command + Shift + R

    • Mac using Safari: Press Option + Command + E, then Command + R

  • Log out of WHYZER, then log back in.

  • Confirm that you are viewing the correct company.

  • Take a screenshot or screen recording of the affected section.

If the issue continues, contact support and include:

  • The company name

  • The affected feature or section

  • A screenshot or screen recording

  • The steps you already tried

  • The information you expected to see

  • What appeared instead
