How to upload documents

This article explains how to upload documents to your Wickie account step by step.

Written by Marius Wickie Support

Wickie is a regulated platform, which means we need to verify your identity before you can use our services. Part of this process involves uploading identity documents (such as a passport or ID card) and proof of address.

You may also need to upload new documents later — for example, if your current document is expiring, you've moved to a new address, or you've received a new ID. You can do this yourself at any time directly in the app or on the web.

🖥️ On Web

  1. Log in to your Wickie account at wickie.io

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Documents

  4. Click Choose File, select the document you want to upload, and confirm

That's it — your document will be submitted for review.

📱 On Mobile (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Wickie app

  2. Tap Explore

  3. Tap Profile

  4. Tap Documents

  5. Tap Upload Documents, select the file(s) you want to upload, and confirm

⏱️ What happens next?

Our team will review your document within 1–3 working days. Once reviewed, your account will be updated accordingly.

📋 Accepted file formats

Make sure your document is legible and saved as PDF, JPEG, or PNG.

When would you need to upload documents?

  • Your identity document (passport, ID card) is expiring

  • Your proof of address is expiring

  • You've moved to a new address

  • You've received a new identity document
