Prepare your document
Ensure the document is clear, acceptable, and in the required format (PDF, JPEG, PNG).Log in to Your Wickie account
Go to the Wickie.io and log in to your accountGo to Settings section ("More" for the mobile app)
Navigate to your account settings.Select document
Click on the “Documents” button.Choose Your document
Click the "Choose File" ("Upload documents" for the mobile app) button, select the required document. Upload it.
Our team will review your document within 1-3 working days and update it accordingly.
Situations when You need to upload new documents:
Your identity document is expiring
Your proof of address (POA) document is expiring
You’ve moved to a new address
You’ve obtained a new identity document
