The reset email isn't coming through?
It happens. Run through these quick checks:
Look in Spam, Junk, and Promotions. Reset emails love hiding there
Double-check the email address you entered. A small typo is the most common culprit
Give it a couple of minutes. Mail can lag during busy periods
Try the reset again. If the address looks right, just run it once more
Heads up on t-mobile.de: our emails don't reliably reach those addresses — if that's your inbox, update your email address first
Reset still not working? Clear your browser cache
If the reset link opens but nothing happens — or the page behaves unexpectedly — cached data in your browser is often the reason. Here's how to clear it:
Google Chrome
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Click Clear data and restart your browser
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner
Go to Settings → Privacy, Search and Services → Clear Browsing Data
Click Choose what to clear
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Click Clear now and restart your browser
Safari
Click Safari in the top menu bar
Go to Settings → Privacy
Click Manage Website Data
Click Remove All and confirm
Restart your browser and try again
Once cleared, go back to wickie.io and run the password reset from the beginning.
Still stuck?
If none of the above gets you back in, we've got you. Reach out through live support in the Wickie app or at wickie.io, or drop us a line at support@wickie.io — we'll sort it out.
