The Project Library is where all of your folders and uploaded assets live. For Multiteam and Enterprise users, note that each Team has its own separate Project Library with no visibility between them. You can organize this library by managing your folders, then upload any content you'd like and begin sharing.

See below for information on dark mode, view options, multiselect, bulk actions, and media management.

Folder structure and Bookmarks

The left panel of the screen will show your folder structure. You can navigate between your folders and subfolders from here, and any contents will appear in the center portion of your screen.

You can also open the Bookmarks list using the dropdown menu at the top of this section. 'Favorites' apply to individual assets, while 'Bookmarks' apply to folders or subfolders. You can favorite or bookmark an asset or folder via the options menu on either.

Dark vs Light Mode

You can find most of your settings via the dropdown menu that opens when you click on your first initial in the top right corner of your screen. In there, click on the Dark Theme toggle to switch into our out of dark mode.

Grid, Table, and Masonry view

Directly underneath the dropdown options menu, you'll find the view selector. Open that to switch between the various views available.

Grid:

The default view shows all assets as thumbnails, resized to fit neatly into a nice, even grid.

Table:

For when you just need information and not thumbnails, the table view shows a list of all folder contents as well as some additional information not shown in either of the tile views.

Masonry:

Similar to Grid view, but without the resizing. This will show relative sizes of your various assets. This is very useful for teams working in multiple aspect ratios, or with still images that might be sized differently.

Managing your media

Click on the ellipses button in the top right of the tile (or in the right most column while in list view) of any asset to open up the options menu. For more information on what you can do, check out our article on media management.

Multiselect

Working with a large amount of assets at once? You can select any number of assets across multiple folders by using our multiselect tool, located just to the left of the Upload button.

You can also begin selecting assets by clicking on the selection node of any tile or list item (see screenshot below). Note that in Grid and Masonry views, this will only appear when hovering over the thumbnail.

Or, if you just want to work with the entire folder's worth of assets, you can always select all.

Note: some actions available to assets are not available to subfolders. For this reason, it is considered a best practice to not mix assets and subfolders at any level in your directory, instead opting to sort each asset into an appropriate subfolder. For example, if you're working within a top level folder that holds a dozen assets and a single pdf, you should consider placing all video assets into a 'videos' subfolder and the pdf into its own 'documents' subfolder, rather than letting it sit out unorganized.

While selecting, you can still navigate throughout your folder structure, allowing you to use bulk actions on any assets of your choosing, even across your different top level folders.

You can see how many assets you have selected via the multiselect tool in the top right of your screen. Click on the number selected to see which assets are currently included and deselect any if necessary.

Bulk Actions

There are a few actions you can take a cross multiple assets in order to more conveniently use Wipster.

Share:

Probably the most useful bulk action, this will allow you to share out any number of assets across your folder structure and create a playlist for your stakeholder. When they click on the link or email you send them, they'll be taken to a landing page that includes whatever message you wrote in the sharing interface.

Move:

Move any selected items into another folder. Note that this will carry over all versions, tags, and comments.

Archive:

Move all selected assets into your Archive, where they can be restored later. Note that Archived assets still count against your storage capacity.

Delete:

Move all selected assets into your trash folder, where they will stay until permanently deleted either after 30 days or upon manual removal. Note that contents of the trash folder still count against your storage capacity.
