The "Collaborators" tab allows you to view the list of your collaborators configured on Wizville.
Please note: A shop will only see other users attached to its shop, a regional manager will see other users in his region as well as those attached to shops in his region...
1. View your collaborators by perimeter
Collaborators are sorted by scope (zone, region, store, etc.) based on the scope categories defined by your company.
At this stage, you can identify the number of collaborators per scope, as well as the number of associated establishments.
You can also quickly identify perimeters without collaborators using the red alert icon.
By clicking on a scope, you can identify all collaborators attached to that specific scope:
You will then be able to see the relevant email addresses, their last login dates to the platform, the scope, and the associated user group.
2. Filters
The “All my perimeters” drop-down menu allows you to filter for a specific scope or to search for it directly via the search bar.
The “Filters” drop-down menu allows you to quickly identify inactive collaborators or scopes without collaborators. This can be useful, especially for checking if a region, an area, or an establishment is properly linked to at least one collaborator.
Finally, a quick search field is also available at the top right of the interface to facilitate your searches for a specific collaborator.
