1. Reclassification via the “Feeling” Sub-Tab
From your Wizville workspace, you can access the “Feeling” tab. This tab allows you to view all verbatims submitted with your reviews, organized by theme.
The themes vary depending on your industry and the themes chosen by your headquarters to study customer satisfaction.
To reclassify a verbatim, simply search for it either by browsing through the list or by using the search bar located above the list.
You can also easily filter your reviews using the smiley icons near the search bar to quickly identify verbatims with a specific sentiment.
Once located, you can click on the associated theme(s) and reclassify the verbatim by selecting the relevant colored smiley icons.
Whether you want to add, remove a theme, or modify the sentiment, the process is the same—simply click on a smiley to check or uncheck it.
To add a sentiment to a verbatim, click on the appropriate smiley.
To modify the sentiment of an existing verbatim, click on the corresponding smiley.
To remove a sentiment from a verbatim, click on the already selected smiley.
(Note: If only one sentiment is associated with a verbatim and you remove it, the verbatim will no longer be classifiable.)
Additionally, a redirect link to the associated review is available on the right side of the verbatims.
2. Reclassification via the “Reviews” Tab
You can also perform this classification directly from a review in the “Reviews” tab.
