🎯 AI Summaries – What are they?
AI Summaries is a feature that allows you to freely ask questions about your reviews (customer or competitor) and receive a clear, concise, and actionable analysis generated by artificial intelligence.
👉 To confirm an intuition, identify your strengths and weak signals, or structure a summary for your teams.
(The activation of the AI Summary module depends on the WizVille setup deployed for your brand.)

💡 Good to Know
🔐 Data Hosting
We use AI models hosted on servers in Europe, fully GDPR-compliant, and with no training allowed on the data we transmit.
⏱️ Processing Time
Processing time depends on the volume of reviews being analysed. In some cases, several thousand reviews are involved, which explains longer response times.
🔢 Volume of Data Analysed
To manage large review volumes, we divide them into groups of 2,500 reviews, called chunks, with a maximum of 12 chunks.
“My reviews” mode: 2,500 reviews × 12 = up to 30,000 reviews processed
“Comparison” mode: 2,500 reviews per brand × 12 = 30,000 reviews for your brand + 30,000 for the competitor
“All reviews” mode: Last 2,500 reviews per brand = number of processed reviews depends on the number of competitors
