Activate online payments

And switch easely between diffrent payment options.

Step 1.

Via the link below you can register your company for accepting online payments via Woby.

Please note, after your Mollie account has been successfully created, you must confirm your email address!


Step 2.

Fill in the Basic Information.

Website: https://woby.app/ (note, do not enter your own website)

Description:

Catering company where it is possible to eat in the restaurant. It is also possible to order food online for delivery or pickup


Step 3

Choose the desired payment methods.

We normally recommend iDeal in the Netherlands.

If you also have German guests, choose Giropay.

If you also have Belgian guests, choose Bancontact as well.


Step 4

Click on “Add additional information” to activate the payouts.

Upload your passport and enter your business bank account where you want to receive the payments.

To verify the bank account, you will be asked to make a verification payment.

Step 5

Login to the Woby portal via www.portal.woby.nl and click on Edit to link Mollie to your Woby.

Click on Edit according to the screenshot below.

Step 6

At the very bottom of the page, press the button: Connect Mollie

Step 7

Press Grant access according to the screenshot below.

Congratulations, mollie is linked to your Woby account!

Via the LocationGroups in the Woby portal you can easily switch between your different Mollie Website Profiles / payment options. You can also uncheck Mollie payments so that guests can order directly without paying online.
