This article explains how to modify a Truck Pro’s lead rotation status within the Truck Pro Management page. You’ll learn how to add a Truck Pro to your dealership’s lead rotation or remove them from it by updating their status to either “In Rotation” or “Not in Rotation.”

Step by Step Guide to Modify Rotation Settings
Step 1: Navigate to the Truck Pro Management page.
Hover on the row for the Truck Pro you wish to update.
This will allow you to confirm if the selected Truck Pro is in rotation and receiving leads or if they are not in rotation.
Step 2: View Truck Pro Settings
Click the row for the Truck Pro you wish to modify.
This will open a drop-down containing the full set of Truck Pro settings, where you will be able to begin making modifications.
Step 3: Add or Remove Truck Pro from Rotation
Now that we have opened up the settings panel, let’s review the individual steps on how to add a Truck Pro into rotation or remove a Truck Pro from rotation.
Add Truck Pro to Rotation
Find the “In Rotation” setting, seen in the green rectangle below, and click the “Not in Rotation” text. Clicking the “Not In Rotation" text will open a small pop-up window.
Check "Yes":
In the pop-up window, you will want to check "Yes" to place the Truck Pro into rotation.
Confirm the Change:
After checking "Yes," click the checkmark to confirm the change. It will now reflect that the Truck Pro is “In Rotation.”
Remove a Truck Pro from Rotation
Hover over to the "In Rotation" Section and click where it says “In Rotation.”
Click the “In Rotation" text which will open a small pop-up window.
Uncheck "Yes" to remove Truck Pro from Rotation:
In the pop-up window, you will need to uncheck "Yes" in order to remove the selected Truck Pro from rotation.
Confirm the Change:
After unchecking "Yes," click the checkmark to confirm the change. You will now see that it reflects the Truck Pro is “Not in Rotation.”
