Overview
One of the pricing tools available to you in the Edit Pricing Settings pop-up is the ability to add a final or sale price through the Final Price tab. This tab allows you to edit the final price or set promotional pricing for a specific timeframe. It also provides you the opportunity to display a sale banner for the selected vehicle that you are editing. Making changes within the Final Price tab is ideal for running time-sensitive sales, ensuring that the vehicle price is automatically adjusted during the promotion period and giving you full control over your pricing strategies.

Accessing the Edit Pricing Settings Pop-Up
You can open the pop-up in two places:
Option 1: Through Inventory Management

Hover over Tools in the main navigation bar and select Inventory Management.
Locate the vehicle using Advanced Search or the Search Bar (by Stock Number or VIN).
After finding the vehicle you want to edit:
Click the Actions dropdown or Edit Pricing button in the Final Price column for the selected vehicle to open the Pricing modal.
Option 2: Through a specific Vehicle Detail Page

Navigate to the specific Vehicle Detail Page for the listing.
Click the Pricing button in the bottom Red Lock section to open the pop-up.
Both methods will take you to the same Edit Pricing Settings pop-up. The following steps apply regardless of how you accessed it.

Note: All of the settings below will affect the selected vehicle only
Step 1: Access Edit Pricing Settings window
After clicking the Edit Pricing button, this will open the Edit Pricing Settings window where you can begin to access your pricing tools.
Step 2: Select which Pricing tool you want to access
In this case, you will want to click on the Final Price tab.
Step 3: Set Final Price, add a Date Range or Sale banner
Enter your desired final price in the Set Final Price field.
Decide whether you want to add a sale banner or set a start and end date:
If not, leave both boxes unchecked and proceed to click Save to confirm your price.
If yes, continue on to Step 4 (Sale Banner) or Step 5 (Start and End Date).
Click the orange Save button to confirm any changes made in this step.
Step 4: Permanently Display a Sale Banner (Optional)
To display a sale banner, check the “Show banner permanently” box.
Click the orange Save button to confirm your selection
Step 5: Add Start and End Date (Optional)
If you do wish to add a start and end date, then click the checkbox next to “Set a date range for this final price”. This allows you to be sure that your final price lasts only as long as you would like (A in below image).
Click the “Starts” field to select a start date for the sale (B in below image).
Click the “Ends” field to select an end date for the sale (B in below image).
To display the Banner during the desired date range, click the checkbox next to "Show SALE banner while this sale is active" (C in below image).
Click the Save button to confirm your edits (D in below image).
Note: If you make any manual adjustments to pricing through your Work Truck Solutions commercial site, the manually entered price will override any future pricing updates that are made through your feed. You can always click the button on this tab to revert back to feed pricing.
Step 6: Finalizing Your Changes
If you only need to make changes on the Final Price tab and are satisfied with your updates, you can click the Close button in the bottom right corner of the Edit Pricing Settings pop-up to exit.
If you wish to continue editing other pricing details, you can easily click on the relevant tab in the Edit Pricing Settings pop-up.
