Role & Permissions: Admins, Sales Managers, and Inventory Managers can hide a vehicle's price. See User Roles and What Each Can Do.

Click Inventory in the left-side navigation of the WTS Portal (see Getting Around the WTS Portal).

Find the vehicle (see How to Search and Filter Your Inventory) and click its row in the data table. The listing overview panel opens (see What's in the Listing Overview Panel).

Next to the price label, open the small dropdown menu. The dropdown appears when the vehicle has a price.

Click the Hide price from visitors toggle. The price is no longer shown to visitors on your storefront.

An eyeball icon with a lock appears next to the pricing line item in the listing overview panel. Hover over it to confirm the price is hidden from customers.

Follow the same steps to open the vehicle's listing overview panel.

Click the Hide price from visitors toggle again. The eyeball-and-lock icon goes away, and the price shows on the vehicle's VDP again.

If the listing was hidden completely because your dealership hides vehicles without displayed pricing, showing the price makes the vehicle visible to customers again.

Showing prices generally brings in more leads. In our experience, listings that display a price tend to generate more leads than listings with a hidden price, so hide a price only when you have a reason to.

Hiding the price can hide the whole listing. If your dealership has the setting Automatically set vehicles to "Hide" when pricing is unable to be displayed for them turned on, hiding a vehicle's price also hides that listing from everyone visiting your storefront. You'll know this setting is enabled if you see the warning "Hiding the price will change the listing view status to "Hidden"." within the pricing dropdown. To turn this setting on or off, contact support for assistance.

To see every vehicle whose price is hidden, use the Price filter on the Inventory page and choose the hidden price option.
