Workinitiatives offers multiposting to paid job boards (third-party fees apply) to amplify your reach to candidates. Multiposting allows you to share a job ad from Workinitiatives to selected third-party job boards.

Third-party job board fees may apply. You will need to sign up or have individual accounts for these paid job boards set up with a valid payment method.
Available job boards to connect with are SEEK, LinkedIn (paid jobs), Indeed and CareerOne.
Connect to Paid Job Boards
It is important to complete this step before progressing any further, please follow these instructions on how to connect to paid job boards.
Before you start
Before multiposting a job ad, make sure:

How to multipost after publishing a job ad
After you publish a job ad on Workinitiatives, you may see a prompt asking whether you want to amplify your reach.
To continue:
1. Select Yes, amplify my reach.
2. Follow the prompts in the multiposting interface.
3. Select the paid job board you want to post to.
4. Review the job ad information.
5. Confirm the details are correct.
6. Continue to post the job to the selected board.
Please note: any job ads multiposted to paid job boards will not be included in the Labour Market Testing report and will not have a link to preview the ad in Workinitiatives. You will need to go to that job board and search for your ad to see what the preview is.
How to multipost an existing live job ad
You can also multipost a job ad after it has already been published.
To do this:
Go to Jobs.
Select Job ads.
Find the live job ad you want to multipost.
Select the three dots in the Actions column.
Select Multipost your job.
Choose the job board you want to post to.
Review the information.
Continue through the multiposting steps.
Selecting multipost your job will open a new interface for you and this is where you will select which board you are posting too, follow the page ensuring the information is correct, if you're happy with what you see, continue to post to job board.
If you receive any error messages, please take a screenshot of the page and start a conversation with our chatbot or email support@workinitiatives.com.au and explain which board your trying to multipost your job too and our team will be happy to assist you.
Once the job is posted you will receive a success message and be able to navigate back to the job listing page. On the job listing page you will be able to see the status of your ad, and which job boards was successfully posted too.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see the multiposting option
Check that the job ad is already published.
Multiposting is generally available for live job ads.
Go to Jobs > Job ads, select the Actions menu, and look for Multipost your job.
I have not configured my job board settings
Select Go to multiposting settings and complete the required setup for the job board you want to use.
You may need to connect your job board account or confirm payment settings before posting.
My job did not post to the paid job board
If you receive an error message, take a screenshot of the page.
Then contact Workinitiatives support through the chatbot or email:

the job title
the job board you were trying to post to
a screenshot of the error
a brief explanation of what happened
I cannot preview the paid job board ad in Workinitiatives
Paid job board ads may not have a preview link inside Workinitiatives.
To preview the ad, log in to the relevant job board or search for the ad directly on that platform.
My paid job board ad is not showing in my LMT report
Paid job board multiposts are not included in the Workinitiatives Labour Market Testing report.
LMT reporting is managed separately through the Workinitiatives LMT posting process.
