Multiposting to paid job boards to amplify your reach to candidates

Workinitiatives offers multiposting to paid job boards (third-party fees apply) to amplify your reach to candidates. You will need to sign up or have individual accounts for these paid job boards set up with a valid payment method.

Available job boards to connect with are Seek, LinkedIn (paid jobs), Indeed and CareerOne.


Connect to Paid Job Boards

It is important to complete this step before progressing any further, please follow these instructions on how to connect to paid job boards.


How to Multipost a Job Ad

You will complete the post a job form as per normal and once your ad is published, you will be prompted with a opportunity to amplify your reach to paid job boards (third-party fees apply).

Please note: any job ads multiposted to paid job boards will not be included in the Labour Market Testing report and will not have a link to preview the ad in Workinitiatives. You will need to go to that job board and search for your ad to see what the preview is.

If your settings are all set, you can proceed to the next step. This will bring you to a new interface to finish the final steps before your ad can be posted to a paid job board.

If you want to come back at any time and post to a paid job board (third party fees apply), you can multipost your job from the Jobs and Job Listing page. Select Actions against your live job and the option to Multipost your job.

Selecting multipost your job will open a new interface for you and this is where you will select which board you are posting too, follow the page ensuring the information is correct, if you're happy with what you see, continue to post to job board.

If you receive any error messages, please take a screenshot of the page and start a conversation with our chatbot or email support@workinitiatives.com.au and explain which board your trying to multipost your job too and our team will be happy to assist you.

Once the job is posted you will receive a success message and be able to navigate back to the job listing page. On the job listing page you will be able to see the status of your ad, and which job boards was successfully posted too.


By following these instructions, you can efficiently manage and optimise your job postings across these major platforms, ensuring a smoother recruitment process and better reach for your job ads.
