If you are using Google and notice that you cannot import work, sync rosters, or update grades, follow these troubleshooting steps.
1. Log out of your Writable account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner and choosing "Logout" or by visiting app.writable.com/logout.
2. Visit app.writable.com directly in your browser.
❗Note: Do not access Writable through HMH-Ed, your school's application portal (i.e. Clever or ClassLink), or from the LMS (i.e. Canvas or Schoology). This will not authenticate your Google account in Writable.
3. Click "Sign in with Google" from the options.
That's it! Your rosters and grades should begin syncing and updating. Please be sure to give them a few minutes to show the most recent data.
