Where to View Billing Info

Billing section allows you to keep track of your subscription and payment details: you can view your billing information, subscription plan, and payment history in one place.

How to Access Billing Info

  1. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner of xTiles.

  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Navigate to the Billing section on the left.

What You’ll See in Billing

Current Plan & Billing Cycle

  • You can see your current xTiles plan and billing cycle.
    Example: PLUS – Annually

Note: Cancelled subscriptions will still appear here until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account will switch to the Free plan.

Teammates

  • Plus Teammates – users included in your PLUS subscription

  • Starter Teammates – users included in your Starter subscription (Legacy Plan)

Payment Method

  • Manage the card linked to your xTiles account.

  • To add a new card, click Add Payment Method and enter:

    • Card Number

    • Expiration Date

    • CVV

  • After adding a card, you can remove it or replace it anytime.

Billing History

  • Review all payments with details:

    • Date of payment

    • Description (Plan + Format)

    • Number of users covered

    • Amount (in $)

    • Status – Success / Failed

    • Invoice – view or download invoices for personal or business use

Note: If you need an invoice with your company details (name, address, VAT, etc.), please contact support@xtiles.app before payment so the invoice can be prepared accordingly. Invoices cannot be changed retroactively.
