Autohide completed tasks

How to remove completed tasks, hide completed task

Updated today

When working with tasks on creative pages, in My Planner, or anywhere else in xTiles, automatically hiding completed tasks can help keep your workspace clean and focused.

By default, when you check off a task, it’s visually marked as completed but remains visible in the tile. When Autohide completed tasks is enabled, completed tasks will automatically disappear as soon as they’re checked off.

To enable autohide for tasks:

  1. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu at the top of the project to open Project Settings.

  2. In the right-side panel, toggle on “Hide completed tasks.”

  3. From now on, all completed tasks in this project will be hidden automatically.

You can toggle this option off at any time if you want completed tasks to appear again.

Task Autohide is enabled per project. Hiding tasks in one project affects only that project, not your entire xTiles workspace. You can toggle this option off at any time if you want completed tasks to appear again.

Note: While Autohide isn’t supported in My Planner right now, it’s fully available in regular projects for automatically hiding completed tasks.
