If this is your first Shared Space:
Hover over the Shared Spaces section and click Create First Shared Space.
Name your space and enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite to collaborate.
Click Create — and you’re all set!
Moving forward, you can create additional Shared Spaces by clicking the “+” button.
Upon creating a Shared Space, you can name it, upload an image for the space, and invite other members via email to collaborate. They don’t need to be registered with xTiles initially — they will receive an email invitation to join your Shared Space and can register afterward.
To invite additional members after creating a Shared Space:
Click the ••• button on the Shared Space and select “👤 Invite members.”
In the window that appears, you’ll see a list of all current members. Click the blue “➕ Add new members” button in the top-right corner.
In the Add members window, enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to the Shared Space.
Once you’ve added all required email addresses, click “Invite.”
Your teammates will then be added to the Shared Space and will receive an invitation by email.
To remove members from a Shared Space or change their permissions:
Open the Shared Space settings and go to the Members section.
Click on the member’s current permission level (Admin or Member).
Choose Remove to revoke their access.
You’re not limited in the number of members you can invite to a Shared Space. However, you’ll need a Team Plan to ensure that all members in the Shared Space have access to Plus features.
