If you already have a project that you want to share with teammates or friends in other spaces, you can easily move it to any Shared Space.
To move an existing project to a Shared Space:
Hold down the left mouse button on the project you want to move and drag it to the desired Shared Space.
Release the mouse button over the target Shared Space.
A dialog will appear where you can choose:
Copy – to duplicate the project in the workspace
Move – to relocate the project to the selected workspace
Alternatively, you can move a project from its project settings:
From the Homepage, open the project settings (•••).
Select Move to.
Choose the Shared Space you want to move the project to.
The project will then be relocated to the selected space.
