Zendesk integration allows you to create tickets on your Zendesk from your yayloh dashboard. It will help you to take immediate action on return requests which need attention.

In this article, you will find,


Setting up Zendesk

1. Open yayloh dashboard.

2. Open settings tab.

3. Select Integrations from the menu bar.

4. Click on this Button to activate.

5. A pop-up window will open, add your domain name (example: yayloh.zendesk.com) and Click Submit. (Note - Please make sure to verify the Domain name).

6. You will be redirected to another pop-up page from Zendesk to authenticate.

7. Read the policies and Click on Approve.

8. Refresh your yayloh dashboard page


Creating a Zendesk ticket from the yayloh dashboard

  1. Open the return order you want to create a Zendesk ticket for.

  2. It opens the sidebar.

  3. Click on the "Zendesk" in the top left corner to create.

  4. You can see the request to create a ticket being processed in the button as it colors.

  5. Open Zendesk & refresh.

  6. The ticket will be created.
