When you sign up, only information regarding the warehouse is requested. However, to add stores to your yayloh in order to process in-store returns, you have to go to the settings tab.
To edit or enter warehouse & Stores information, click on Settings >> In Stores & Warehouses tab
For Store information:
Click the add store button to add stores to the list.
Click on the text boxes added to Edit the store information
Click the toggle button to deactivate the store which is not accepting returns or is inactive.
Warehouse:
The selected warehouse here will be used for return shipping.
Click on the text boxes to type in the information.
There is a character limit of 35 on the Warehouse name.
We need the following information from you
Warehouse name
Address
Country
Zip code
City
Email
Phone number
After you make the changes & edits click on the apply changes to see them reflected in your system.
