When you want to reject a return request, because the customer changed their mind, and/ or want to move tickets from the open/in progress tab to the processed without processing a refund you can do so by selecting the reject option.
Note:
That will mark it rejected and put it in the processed tab. Reject is only on your side. It does not trigger any email. Only refund & Store Credit triggers an email sent from Shopify. Approve and Reject are yayloh side actions and we don't report anything to Shopify.
