Problem
Customer reports that the Postnord Ombud ( i.e. service center) did not accept the QR code.
Reason
Sometimes Postnord internal system do not sync properly. So the system creates QR code is not synced with service centers.
Solution
Please report by sending email to Kundintegration.se@postnord.com attaching the QR code images and corresponding tracking numbers which did not get accepted at the service centers. You can download the QR code images and tracking numbers from yayloh dashboard.
Why can yayloh not fix this problem?
yayloh uses Postnord api to generate QR code. Once QR code is generated, yayloh cannot see the shipping label behind the QR code neither can yayloh system know why service center is not accepting the QR code.
Workaround
yayloh can enable pdf instead of QR code. Your customers will have to print the pdf themselves.
