Chronopost account set up and required credentials.

yayloh has direct integration with Chronopost and entirely depends on your account setup. We require you to test the credentials at your end first and confirm that the parameters of your account setup for return shipment label generation are set correctly. The required credentials.

To set up a Chronopost account in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com :

  1. Account number

  2. Password

  3. Example return shipping label

  4. Carrier rules

Credential specification

Account number

The account number is ideally 8 digit.

Password

This is the password to your Chronopost account.

Example return shipping label

Send us one sample label for reference; we will use this to verify the test label that we generate.

Carrier rules

  1. Countries where we enable shipping label generation.

  2. Countries where we block shipping label generation.

Note- Check the countries listed in your Chronopost account set up. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.
