yayloh has direct integration with Colissimo and entirely depends on your account setup. We require you to test the credentials at your end first and confirm that the parameters of your account setup for return shipment label generation are set correctly. The required credentials and their verification process are described below in more detail.
To set up a Colissimo account in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com :

Usually, it is numeric, but it could be alphabetical in some cases. If the account number is a non-numeric alias please call Colissimo and get the correct numeric account number.
Colissimo Password
This is the password to your Colissimo account.
Example return shipping label
Send us one sample label for reference; we will use this to verify the test label that we generate.

Note- Check the countries listed in your Colissimo account set up. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.
Verify your credentials
Before sending the credentials to yayloh team, you need to verify your credentials and your Colissimo set up. You can do it by reaching out to Colissimo. However, you can also test the credentials with the help of the Colissimo App on Shopify. The Shopify Colissimo App has a 14-day free trial.
Follow the steps below to test your credentials:
1. Download and install the Colissimo app from the Shopify app store.
2. Select the 14-day free plan.
3. Open the Colissimo App.
4.Click on configuration page and enter your credentials.
5. Select the relevant Colissimo settings and parameters.
6. Click on Check my connection settings. If the account credentials are correct, it will be verified.
Note- If you have recently signed up with Colissimo contract, it can take up-to 24 hours for the credentials to be activated.
Once they are verified you can send them to yayloh support team.
