How to Request a Refund on iOS (App Store)

We're sorry to see you go. 💔 Since all purchases are processed directly by the App Store or Google Play, we are unable to issue a refund. However, we will assist you with your request to the best of our ability. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Instories subscription and explain your reason for requesting a refund, such as accidental purchase or unauthorized transaction.

  2. Submit your request for Apple to review.

💡 Once submitted, you can track the status of your request on the same site. Apple usually replies within 24-48 hours. The actual refund depends on your original payment method (up to 30 days for bank cards and up to 60 days for mobile billing).

💡 The outcome will depend on the specific circumstances of your request. Refunds are usually granted for accidental purchases, unauthorized charges, or other valid reasons, as determined by Apple’s refund policies. Be sure to provide sufficient details when submitting your request.
