This article will explain what information and options you have in the ‘Members’ section of the YourDriverApp Web Portal.
Members
Your Drivers are all participants of the specific group, read here how you can create your own group.
In the Drivers menu screen you can manage and invite drivers for your Business group, in this menu you can also invite your online Web Dispatchers. It gives you a list, maps, web users and blocked overview:
Driver list
In the Driver list tab you can see all the members of the group listed as driver that are not blocked. The list overview shows driver details, the driver's role and his groups status.
When you click on a member you access the driver profile for that member. The driver profile of your group member gives you the following insights:
Profile: Personal and vehicle information for this member.
Ratings: A quick overview of the latest ratings for this member.
Driver Score: A breakdown of your member's driver score.
Invite a driver to you Group
When you hit the '+' sign you can invite driver into your Group. Simply fill in the fields and add the desired role. Based on the telephone number the system can detect if a YourDriverApp user already exist and will get invited for your group through a push message from YourDriverApp which the driver can accept. If the invited driver is not yet using YourDriverApp he will receive an email with instructions to download the YourDriverApp and get into your group.
Map
In the map tab you have a live Track&Trace overview your all drivers who are in a shift.
Admins and operators
In the Admins and operators tab you you have an overview of your web users. A web user can login to the portal without having an YourDriverApp profile.
Roles
Operator: A web user operator can only access the 'Dispatch Panel' menu of the specific group.
Admin: A web user admin has full access to all menu items of the specific group.
Blocked members
In this tab you see all the members that are blocked from this group. When a member is blocked from your group that member no longer has access to the group. You can block or unblock a member by tapping the three dots and choosing your option.
