Change a Team Member’s Role

Update a team member’s permissions for your brand.

If a team member’s responsibilities change, you can easily update their role from the Team section of your dashboard.

Changing a role will immediately update the permissions that user has for your brand.

How to Change a Team Member’s Role

Follow the steps below to update someone’s role.

  1. Log in to your YourKind Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Administration in the left-hand menu

  3. Click Team

  4. Find the team member you want to update

  5. Click the '⋮' icon next to their name and select Manage Member

  6. Click Change Role

  7. Confirm the desired role and select Update

Once updated, the team member’s access will automatically change based on the new role.
