Promo codes allow you to offer discounted tickets for your event or experience.

You can create custom codes, choose how the discount is applied, and track how each code performs.

Promo codes are useful for promotions, partnerships, early access, and special offers.

Creating Custom Promo Codes

When creating a promo code, you can choose your own code name using any combination of letters or numbers.

For example:

  • EARLYBIRD

  • VIP20

  • Friends10

  • Launch50

You can create unlimited promo codes for the same event or experience.

Discount Types

Promo codes can apply either a percentage discount or a fixed dollar discount.

Percentage discount

Applies a percentage off the ticket price.
Example: 20% off

Fixed discount

Applies a fixed dollar amount off the ticket price.
Example: $10 off

This allows you to run different types of promotions depending on your event or experience.

Usage Limits

You can set a usage limit when creating a promo code.

This allows you to control how many times the code can be used.

Example: 50 use limit

Usage limits are useful for early bird offers or partner promotions.

Direct Promo Code Links

Each promo code has a unique link that can be shared with your audience.

When someone uses this link, the promo code will automatically be applied on the event or experience page.

This is useful for:

  • Influencer campaigns

  • Partner promotions

  • Email or SMS marketing

  • Private offers

Using direct links makes it easier for customers to access the correct discount without needing to manually enter the code.

Viewing Promo Code Performance

You can see how each promo code performs from the event or experience dashboard.

This includes:

• Number of times the code was used
• Revenue generated using the code
• Tickets sold with the code

This makes it easy to track which promotions are working best.

Downloading Promo Code Reports

You can download a detailed promo code report from the Reports section of the dashboard.

The report includes:

  • Promo code(s) used

  • Ticket details

  • Quantity sold

  • Revenue generated

This is useful for analysing campaigns, partnerships, or influencer promotions.

💡 Tip

Use different promo codes for different partners or campaigns so you can track exactly where your ticket sales are coming from.
