Setting up your Brand Profile ensures that your audience sees a consistent, professional presence every time they interact with your events.


Accessing Your Brand Profile

To access your Brand Profile settings:

  1. Log in to your YourKind Dashboard.

  2. Click Customise in the left-hand sidebar under BRANDING.

  3. You will see your current brand details and options to edit them.


What You Can Customise

Your Brand Profile includes the following fields:

  • Brand Name — The name displayed on your event pages and communications.

  • Brand Logo — Your logo appears on event pages and email headers. Use a high-resolution image for best results.

  • Brand Colour — Select a primary colour to match your branding. This colour is applied to buttons and key elements on your event pages.

  • Description — A short summary of your brand or organisation. This may be displayed to attendees on your public pages.

  • Contact Email — The email address your attendees will use to reach you with questions or support requests.

  • Social Links — Add links to your Instagram, Facebook, website, or other social profiles so attendees can find and follow you.

💡 Tip

Keep your Brand Profile up to date. A complete profile with a logo, colour, and social links builds trust with potential attendees and increases ticket sales.


White-Label Event Pages

YourKind is a white-label platform, which means your event pages are branded entirely with your identity. Your brand name, logo, and colour are displayed prominently, while YourKind branding remains minimal.

This gives your audience a seamless, professional experience that feels like your own platform.

⚠️ Caution

Changes to your Brand Profile will apply to all future event pages and marketing communications. Existing published event pages may take a few minutes to reflect updates.Your brand profile controls how your events and pages appear to attendees. Everything from your logo to your social links is set here.


How to Set Up Your Brand Profile

  1. Log in to your YourKind Dashboard

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Customise (under Branding)

  3. Fill in or update the fields below

  4. Click Update to save your changes


What You Can Customise

Brand Name

Your brand name appears on your event pages, tickets, and emails. Enter your brand or business name here.

Slug

Your slug is the unique URL for your brand hub on YourKind (e.g. yourkind.io/b/your-slug). Keep it short and easy to remember.

Primary Colour

Choose a primary colour for your brand. This is used across your event pages and brand hub to match your brand identity.

Cover Image

Upload a cover image for your brand hub page. This appears as the banner at the top of your brand's public page.

Promo Video

Add a promo video to your brand hub. This is a great way to showcase your brand, venue, or past events to potential attendees.

Logo

Upload your brand logo. This appears on your event pages, emails, and brand hub.

Social Links

Connect your social profiles so attendees can find you online:

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • Facebook

Brand CTA (Call to Action)

Add up to two call-to-action buttons to your brand hub. These can link to anything you like, such as your website, booking page, or a specific event.

Brand Description

Write a short description of your brand. This appears on your brand hub and helps attendees understand what you do.

Previewing Your Brand Hub

As you make changes, a live Brand Hub preview will appear on the right side of the page. This shows you exactly how your brand hub will look to anyone who visits it.
