Collecting Attendee Reviews

Learn how YourKind automatically collects feedback from your attendees after an event, and how to view the results.

Within 48 hours of your event ending, YourKind automatically sends an email to all attendees asking them to rate their experience. Attendees can leave a star rating out of 5 and optionally write a comment. There's nothing you need to set up β€” it happens automatically for every event.

All reviews are private. Only you (the organiser) can see the results. Reviews are designed as an internal tool to help you learn from your attendees and improve future experiecnes β€” they are not displayed publicly.

How to View Your Reviews

  1. Go to Events > Reviews from the sidebar.

  2. You'll see a list of your events showing the event cover image, event date, event name, number of check-ins, number of reviews received, and average star rating.

  3. Click on an event to view a list of individual reviews.

  4. Each review shows the attendee's name, email address, star rating (out of 5), comment (if provided), and the date the review was submitted.

πŸ“ Note

Reviews are collected automatically β€” you don't need to enable anything or send the emails yourself. YourKind handles this for you after every event.

πŸ’‘ Tip

Pay close attention to recurring themes in your reviews. If multiple attendees mention the same thing, it's a strong signal for what to keep doing or what to improve for your next event.
