YourKind gives you a few extra settings to control how your event appears and who can find it. You can access these from the event editor.
Private Event
Turning on the Private Event toggle hides your event from public search results and your brand page. The only way someone can find a private event is if you share the direct link with them.
This is useful when you want to run an invite-only event, offer a pre-sale to a specific group, or test your event page before going live.
To make an event private:
Edit your event in the dashboard.
Scroll to the Advanced Settings section.
Toggle Private Event on.
π‘ Tip
Anyone with the direct link can still view and purchase tickets. The event simply will not appear in search results or on your brand page.
Hide Sold Out Tickets
When a ticket type sells out, it normally still appears on your event page, greyed out, with a "Sold Out" label. If you would rather hide it completely, you can turn on the Hide Sold Out Tickets toggle.
This keeps your event page clean by only showing ticket types that are still available for purchase.
To hide sold out tickets:
Edit your event in the dashboard.
Scroll to the Advanced Settings section.
Toggle Hide Sold Out Tickets on.YourKind gives you a few extra settings to control how your event appears and who can find it. You can access these from the event editor.
